The Urth Merino Gradient Kit takes you on a cheerful journey through a single color story with 100% Superwash Extra Fine Merino. You'll be treated to an overall gradient effect while at the same time experience several hand-dying techniques for fun color transitions.

This kit includes four 50g skeins of fingering weight yarn: a dark tonal, a medium variegated, a medium speckle, and a light tonal. Packaged in a clear zip pouch and includes a free copy of the Garden Trellis Shawl by Rosann Fleichauer.

The Urth Yarns company dyes and prepares this soft, super wash wool in Turkey primarily by women. And yes, every skein of Urth Yarns plants a tree! When using hand-dyed yarn in your project work two rows from one skein and two rows from another skein to give an overall blended effect.
