Time-Traveling Cowl

Description
.....................................................................................

So many times, we get asked the question of what we do with our left-over scraps. Our favorite idea we want to share is to create a time-line diary project that becomes a remembrance of all your projects to date. This cowl has been knit with all our left-over scraps from our FO's between January through December. We mixed all weights of yarn from sock yarn to chunky. We think of this as our 2017 FO Diary!

.....................................................................................

Yarn:
Any fiber. Any weight.

Knitters' Notes:
We cast on 80 stitches onto a set of No. 8 circular needles and placed a stitch marker. Our first and last rows were knit with a K1, P1 ribbing so the edge didn't curl and we left this WIP on the needles all year around. Every time we completed another project, we would knit three rows with the new color/yarn.

We combined everything we used in chronological order and did not manipulate the sequence for fiber or color and created, in our opinion, our most joyful project ever.
