Thirty-two thousand people on Ravelry can’t be wrong! The Hitchhiker is one of the most popular patterns in our knitting classes and on Ravelry. We are showing it here made from Malabrigo Sock; Colorway Aniversario.

Designed by Martina Behm, this simple but stylish shawl is knitted from one end with gradual increases to form a triangular garter shawl which is fun to knit and easy to wear.

This kit includes two skeins of Malabrigo Sock and a pattern. The Hitchhiker pattern suggests 569 - 574 yards. And the Malabrigo skeins are 440 yards each. We made ours with just one skein and, we think its absolutely perfect! So, you can make two (slightly smaller) shawls with different colorways or one (slightly larger) shawl with matching skeins. You will be asked to select the colorways for both skeins when you add this to your cart.

This pattern is included as a kit and includes two skeins of Malabrigo Superwash Merino yarn carefully dyed in gorgeous colorways that bloom to perfection. A perfect pattern, a perfect design, and a perfect project.

100% Superwash Merino Wool (440 yds each)

Gauge:
21 sts = 4 inches

Needle:
Interchangeable US 1 - 4 US (2.25 - 3.5mm)
